Together with members of JSCE, we would like to discuss what JSCE Magazine should be in the future. We organized this issue with four main perspectives to provide triggers and clues. These are interviews with experts who convey the appeal of civil engineering and connect people, a trilogy on the role of JSCE Magazine in the coming era, the results of a questionnaire survey on JSCE Magazine, and the review of all the articles by committee members in charge of this issue.
