The first JSCE-ASCE Symposium on Infrastructure Resilience

JSCE president’s special project in 2018 has launched a collaborative research group with American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for the research of infrastructure resilience. This project aims at developing a conceptual framework of infrastructure resilience called infrastructure resilience framework (IRF) and methodology of policy evaluation that enables to coordinate various measures to improve resilience.
