The first JSCE-ASCE Symposium on Infrastructure Resilience
JSCE president’s special project in 2018 has launched a collaborative research group with American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for the research of infrastructure resilience. This project aims at developing a conceptual framework of infrastructure resilience called infrastructure resilience framework (IRF) and methodology of policy evaluation that enables to coordinate various measures to improve resilience. The symposium will be held to share outputs of the project and future prospects with academics and practitioners associated with infrastructure.
