Infrastructure is the fundamental, underlying basis for the operation and development of society: it provides safety, comfort and economic development. While developing infrastructure, many countries are facing with increasing needs for the maintenance and renewal of infrastructure. The IPD focuses on infrastructure management, and participants examine the maintenance and renewal to serve the needs of users, sharing their experiences and knowledge.
